Passing of Retiree Rosalie Morabito, Secretary II, Counseling & Advising Department
I regretfully inform the college community that Rosalie Morabito, formerly of MCC’s Counseling & Advising Department, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2024, at the age of 79.
Her celebration of life will take place on November 2nd from 2pm to 4 pm at the Rohan Recreation Center in The Villages, FL. To sign the tribute wall or send an e-card, visit Rosalie's obituary on the Baldwin Brothers website. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Cornerstone Hospice.
Hired in 1994, Rosalie spent her entire career in the counseling department at Monroe Community College. She retired in 2010.
Rosalie is survived by her husband of 58 years, William (Bill), son Thomas, daughters Christine Titus and Patty Morabito (husband Mathew Schneider), grandchildren Evan, Kailey, Ben, Sam, and Maria, siblings Joseph Arcarese (and wife JoAnn) and Lorraine Fay (and husband Tom), Aunt Dorothy Helfer (and husband Jeff), Sister-in-law Margaret Lo Sapio, and her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
