Pioneering Women in Photography

Associate Professor of Design, Marj Crum, will make a community-wide presentation for the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County on Thursday, October 6:00­–­7:15 pm, online via Zoom. This lecture is about the Pioneering Women in Photography.

Women have been part of the history of photography from its inception, yet many people do not know that some of the World’s most recognized images were captured by women. Come to this event and learn about the women who paved the way and see what the new generation of photographers brings to the unfolding visual future.
