Child Care Center participates in Parent Program

The Richard M Guon Child Care Center is excited to be partnering with the Children’s Institute to offer a parent program called the Rochester Area Parent Program (RAPP)!  The RAPP program consists of 4 weekly Zoom meetings and 6 modules of interactive curriculum for parents to do on their own time.  The themes are centered around Routines and Traditions, Praise and Encouragement, Household Rules, Managing Behaviors, Effective Discipline and Problem Solving.  Each participant is given a tablet to complete the program and is compensated for their time spent on the program.  Each participant receives a tablet and earns badges as they complete the program!
