TCC: Interested in Faculty Consultant Training?

The Teaching and Creativity Center (TCC) welcomes faculty members who are interested in serving as faculty consultants. The consultant’s role involves observing colleagues’ teaching practices in a variety of classroom settings, providing effective feedback to enhance their teaching effectiveness, and suggesting strategies to promote student engagement and a sense of community.

Consultants will receive training and resources to learn and practice being a consultant for the faculty. If you are interested in taking the training and serving as a faculty consultant, please fill out the online form. For more information, contact Melis Kural (mkural@monroecc.edu).
