MCC Libraries can provide hands-on library and research instruction tailored to meet your students’ needs. Sessions are tailored to an assignment, covering topics such as: 

  • Overview of library resources and services
  • Focusing and narrowing a research topic
  • Navigating library databases
  • Evaluating sources
  • Distinguishing between scholarly vs. popular articles
  • Citing sources

Additionally, librarians can work with faculty to create tailored online research guides for your course. College Researcher tutorials are also available for your Brightspace courses.
