TCC: Supporting Your Teaching Journey (Consultation Services)

I hope you’re all enjoying your classes! We are fortunate to have a vibrant community of talented and passionate educators. One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching is the opportunity to grow and explore new pedagogical practices.

The Teaching & Creativity Center (TCC) offers individual, confidential consultations for full-time and adjunct faculty. Whether you're designing a course, planning a lesson, developing an assessment, or trying a new teaching technique, we're here to support you.

Our Services Include:

  • Non-evaluative classroom observations
  • Videotape analysis
  • Small Group Instructional Feedback (a structured discussion with your students to gather insights about your course)

Each consultation begins with a conversation about your goals, followed by a collaborative plan tailored to your needs.
