Last Chance to Register Online for MCC's 5K Walk/Run for Scholarships

This is your last chance to pre-register for MCC’s 5K Walk/Run for Scholarships at the early registration rate.  Online registration will close Tuesday, September 27, please use this link to register.

Hosted by the MCC Foundation, walk-ins are welcome on Homecoming day, Saturday, October 1.  The walk-in registration fee is $30.  Join in the fun at the Brighton Campus with music, Zumba warm up and photo area. Check-in opens at 9 a.m. in parking lot G. The walk/run will start at 10 a.m. 

Following the race, join us in the gym for the tailgate party, light refreshments will be served. The awards ceremony and scholarship drawing will begin at 11:30 a.m. and can also be viewed via Facebook live. 

After the 5K, stay for the day!

  • Fall Open House is taking place from 12-4 p.m.
  • Visit the alumni art exhibit featuring the works of Bradley Butler '05 and Peter Monacelli '73 at the Mercer Gallery and enjoy the gallery lecture at 2 p.m.
  • The men’s soccer team will play at 2 p.m.  During halftime, at 2:45 p.m., there will be a special plaque dedication ceremony to commemorate the memory of Joe Mancarella and honor Nelson Cupello.  Donations to the Joe Mancarella/Nelson Cupello Memorial Soccer Endowed Scholarship are being accepted to help continue the legacy of the men whose names are synonymous with soccer excellence.
