The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) at Monroe Community College

The Office of Student Life & Leadership Development is excited to continue offering a new Leadership Development Program to our students. Selected students will be receiving an Invitation with a Nomination to join NSLS. (Over 400 students joined in the last academic year.)

The NSLS is the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the nation, with more than 700 chapters and over 1.5 million members.

With a flexible online curriculum and optional face-to-face special events, the NSLS is perfect for all students, especially those who are balancing course loads with families and full-time jobs. The NSLS aligns with our mission of teaching students skills that will last a lifetime. Throughout the program, students hone valuable, in-demand skill sets that hiring managers specifically look for, including leadership, relationship-building, goal-setting, and effective communication.
