- Computer Industry Sales - sell information management products; train customers; requires degree and high
degree of computer literacy
- Product Support Technician - respond to questions from the public on all aspects of applications and the benefits
of their use, solve problems online,analyze hardware and software needs,write sales
proposals; requires high degree of computer literacy
- Database Search Specialist - conduct extensive Internet and Intranet search for legal, political, economic,
and other relevant information, analyze data for management presentation, establish
info retrieval procedures and systems, train staff in use of systems; requires expertise
in information retrieval
- Documentation Specialist - write and edit user manuals, product info bulletins, and product assembly guides,
participate in systems specification and design, produce promotional material and
ad copy; requires degree in English or related field, familiarity with wide range
of computer industry products, writing experience
- Assistant Archivist - assist in planning, selection, acquisition, preservation, and public accessibility
