TCC: College-wide Mentors Needed

Are you a tenured MCC teaching faculty member interested in sharing your knowledge and experience to help a junior teaching faculty member transition into their new position at MCC? The Teaching and Creativity Center (TCC) College-wide Mentoring Program is seeking out mentors to help support new full-time, temporary, and adjunct faculty for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The program is flexible and tailored to the needs of the mentees, so the commitment level can vary. We look to accommodate the needs of both the mentors and the mentees when we make our matches.
