TCC Kudos Gratitude Series (Submit Nominations by December 2, 2025)

As the semester comes to a close, take a few minutes to recognize a colleague for their educational excellence by submitting a Kudos Appericiation nomination.

At MCC, everyone contributes to the educational experience—so everyone is eligible to be nominated. This is a simple way to foster a culture of gratitude and recognition.

The deadline to submit Kudos for the spring semester is Tuesday, December 2.

Consider these questions as you think about your nomination:

• Whose support over the past few months has made a real difference in your role?
• Who has taught you something that changed your perspective for the better?
• Who is doing excellent work that deserves recognition?

How to submit:

• Faculty and professional staff: Nominate a colleague (or more than one) using the Kudos Appreciation Form: (Colleagues to Colleagues)
• Students: Nominate a faculty member or professional staff member using the Kudos Appreciation Form: (Students to MCC Faculty and Staff)

Recipients will be acknowledged anonymously in an announcement in the weeks following the deadline.
