Topics include An Introduction to Law, Court Systems, Civil Rights Law, Employment Law, Contracts, Torts, Regulations Governing the Sale of Food and Alcohol, Responsibility for Guests' Property, Legal Rights of Innkeepers and Restaurateurs, and Casino Law. Fall Semester only. Three class hours.
