CLT-100: Introduction to Medical Laboratory Technology

Course Description

Clinical laboratory personnel are essential members of the healthcare team. This course helps students explore careers in the clinical laboratory and introduces them to the inner workings of this important health system department. Details of the clinical laboratory technician program are provided, and students explore learning methods that can improve success in the program. Viewing human health in a global context will also be introduced. May be taken by non-majors. One class hours.
