College 101 is a free, annual, community-wide event for the parents and guardians of high schoolers, no matter what college or university students plan to attend. Students are welcome at this event, too!
During the event, all attendees will hear our welcome message and our keynote speaker, Karen Iglesia. Ms. Iglesia co-founded Primetime585, a local nonprofit, and will share her experience guiding her children through the college selection process.
Parents or guardians will get important information from professional college representatives, such as financial aid, helping your child choose a college, and the college transfer process. At the same time, students can engage with current students to learn first-hand what college is like!
Don’t miss this chance to connect with representatives and students from Rochester-area schools including Monroe Community College, SUNY Brockport, St. John Fisher University, and Nazareth University.
