Welcome to the Fall ’25 Semester

Welcome to MCC—Fall Semester Checklist

Welcome to Monroe Community College! To help you get ready for the start of classes next week—and calm any first-day jitters—here are a few tips and reminders:

  • Log into myMCC
Start by signing into the myMCC portal using your MCC email address. From there, you can:
    • Download Your Course Schedule
    • Click My Courses to view your fall schedule. You’ll find course descriptions, instructor information, and more.
  • Check Your Financial Aid Status
    • Click Financial Plan/Resources --> Financial Aid --> Check Your Financial Aid Status. If you haven’t applied for aid yet, it’s not too late to file your FAFSA form and apply for TAP
  • Get Your Textbooks and Supplies
    • Order and Pick Up Textbooks
Order your textbooks online and pick them up at our Brighton or Downtown Campus Bookstores (please note, the Downtown Bookstore does not stock books in-store). You can also opt to have them shipped for an additional fee.
    • Stock Up on Supplies
The Brighton Campus Bookstore has a large selection of school supplies, MCC branded apparel, laptops, tablets, art supplies, uniforms, and more.
  • Come to Weeks of Welcome
Meet fellow first-year students during Weeks of Welcome. These special events are designed to entertain, engage, educate, and make getting to know MCC fun.
  • Register Your Vehicle
If you plan on parking at our Brighton or Downtown Campus, you’ll need to register your vehicle. There is no additional fee to register. Please have your M#, vehicle color, make, model, and year, and license plate number ready for our records.
    • Residence Hall Students
Stop by Parking Services (Building 21, Room 140) to pick up your parking permit.
    • Commuter Students
Please complete the Parking Registration online form.

We can’t wait to welcome you to MCC and see everything that you’ll accomplish here. You're now a Tribune, which means you’re a member of our supportive community dedicated to your success.
Enjoy the rest of your summer—we’ll see you soon!
