MCC Foundation Salutes Lauren Dixon, Michael Schwabl and Scott Kogler

The Monroe Community College Foundation's 34th Annual Salute to Excellence dinner was an evening filled with shining examples of leadership, philanthropy and MCC success stories. Thank you to the alumni, students, faculty, staff and administrators who were among the nearly 275 business and community leaders who celebrated with us on November 19 at the Floreano Convention Center.

Faheem A. Masood, president and CEO, ESL Federal Credit Union, served as Honorary Chair. The Salute to Volunteerism award was presented to MCC Foundation Director Scott M. Kogler, president, Davie Kaplan, CPA, P.C., in recognition of his 22 years of dedication to the MCC Foundation Board of Directors and his consistent offering of time, insights and leadership in ways that have truly strengthened our work.

Following the induction of the MCC Alumni Hall of Fame Class of 2025, Lauren Dixon, board chair, and Mike Schwabl, vice chair of the board, Dixon Schwabl + Company, accepted the 2025 Salute to Excellence award in recognition of their remarkable generosity and passionate commitment to MCC.

On behalf of the MCC Foundation Board of Directors and Chair Martin K. Birmingham, thank you for your support of the MCC Foundation and the important role you play in empowering momentum for our students and community.
