On behalf of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), I invite you and your students to participate in the next session of the Winter/Spring 2026 Global Affairs Expert Webinar series via Zoom on Wednesday, March 18, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (EDT).

Matthew C. Waxman, adjunct senior fellow for law and foreign policy at CFR and the Liviu Librescu professor of law at Columbia Law School, and Saira Mohamed, the Agnes Roddy Robb Chair in jurisprudence, ethics, and social responsibility and professor of law at the University of California, Berkeley, will colead a conversation on the laws of warfare.
