Last Call for 2025 SUNY Tuition Reimbursement

SUNY has provided additional funding for SUNY Tuition Waivers or reimbursement for full-time employees attending another SUNY institution. If you are attending another SUNY institution and would like to apply, please contact Human Resources for form B-140W and submit with a detailed tuition statement for the Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 semester and your supervisor's signature.  The deadline for submission to HR is Friday, July 25, 2025, by the end of the day.

This is for tuition purposes only. College, student activity, and non-instructional fees are not allowed. Please ensure that the form is signed by your supervisor before sending it to HR. If signatures are missing, it will be returned. After completion and approval, the request will be sent directly to your institution with a copy e-mailed to you.

Please submit all forms to HR in building 6, room 301, or email MCC’s Human Resources Office (mcchrbenefits@monroecc.edu).
