May Virtual Campus Support Hours and Course Shells

The Virtual Campus is available for faculty support as we wrap up the semester! Please see our hours and events for the month of May. Brightspace course shells will be available on Friday, April 25th for summer courses and during the week of May 12th for fall shells. Look for additional communication from our office regarding merge requests and course copy tips!

In-Person Drop-In Day: 

  • Drop into our Training Room for in-person support. This will take place from 3 to 7 pm on Tuesday, April 29th in 3-150 (Brighton Campus).
  • If you need help with Brightspace issues or you are rethinking your course design, please come and visit!

Support Groups this month: Everyone is welcome!

In-Person or Zoom Gradebook Appointments:

  • Make a one-on-one appointment to review your gradebook with our team this month before final grades are due! We have many available time slots on Tuesday, May 13th or Friday, May 16th.

  • Monday: 10am to noon

Week of 5/5 through 5/9: 

  • Monday: 10am to noon, (1pm Leveraging Generative AI Support Group)
