Get Your Tickets for the International Cuisine Tasting Event in Food For Thought Restaurant

Please join the students of FSA 230 International Cuisine in their annual celebration of the foods of the world!  At this tasting event, you will sample a wide variety of international flavors, including Mexican Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Mole, Korean Bibimbap, and Japanese Ramen.  This year’s luncheon will also highlight recipes from MCC’s international students, so be sure to try the Congolese Goat Stew, Jamaican Coconut Curry Snapper, Nepali Momo and Puerto Rican Limber!  The selection includes several vegetarian options and an international dessert and beverage station.

The International tasting event is on Friday, May 2, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Food for Thought restaurant (Building 3, Room 146).  Tickets are $22 per person and must be purchased in advance at Food For Thought now through May 1, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by contacting the Hospitality Office at (585) 292-2542. Get your tickets now as space is limited!
