Support Staff Planning Council Networking Lunch and Tour of the Downtown Campus - Wednesday, May 7
Join the Support Staff Planning Council (SSPC) for a networking lunch and tour of the Downtown Campus. We will kick things off in the 321 Café, where every Wednesday, the Downtown Campus sponsors its H3 (Heart-Home-Health) Lunch program. This initiative brings together students and members of the MCC College Community to engage in conversation while spotlighting a different community resource each week.
On Wednesday, May 7, RocCovery will be sharing valuable resources on Recovery & Wellness. Feel free to enjoy the complimentary lunch or bring your own favorite brown bag lunch to savor while you mingle.
After our networking session from Noon to 1:00pm, the Student Engagement staff will guide us on an informative tour of the Downtown Campus. You’ll discover a wealth of services available to students including highlights such as the Student Engagement office, DWIGHT, the Fitness Center, PRISM, and various academic areas. To wrap up our time, we’ll also visit and tour the CNA/LPN programs.
We hope you can join us for this enriching experience filled with learning and connection on Wednesday, May 7 at 12 pm for lunch, followed by the tour starting at 1:00pm. This event is open to all college personnel. You can find us at the 321 Café on the first floor of the Downtown Campus. Be sure to stop by the SSPC table to check in-let us know you’ve arrived and then enjoy some networking before the tour kicks off! Don’t forget to RSVP by Monday, May 5 to Support Staff Planning Council (sspc@monroecc.edu). We look forward to seeing you there!
