Study Abroad in Italy with the Hospitality department!

Join the Hospitality department for the Italy Study Abroad Program!

Explore the food, culture, and history of Tuscany in Florence, Italy, the heart of the Tuscany Region.   

See and experience the richness of Italy through the unique experience of travel and immersion into local society.  Explore cities such as, Rome, Florence, Venice, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Carrara, Parma and Montalcino.  Visit art galleries, archaeological sites, and cultural centers, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as the Roman Forum, Roman Coliseum, Medici Villas and Garden in Tuscany, and the Historic Center of Florence.  Also, take classes at Italy’s Florence University of the Arts. The department is offering 2-week and 4-week travel options. See the attached information sheet for more information.

The MCC class starts in February 2026, with the travel portion in June 2026.
