2024 Honors Convocation

The 48th Honors Convocation ceremony is Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 3:00pm in the MCC Theatre on the Brighton Campus. This event, hosted by Academic and Student Affairs, is a time to recognize graduating students with a 3.95 GPA or higher.  Faculty participation is needed.

Assembling instructions are as follows:

Time: All faculty and professional staff should gather by 2:30 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm.

Locations: 

  • Faculty & professional staff will gather in 5-100
  • Board of Trustees, President, Vice Presidents, & Deans will gather in 12-113
  • Student Honorees will gather in 12-111
  • Faculty Marshals will gather in 12-109

Attire: Academic Regalia

Reception: There will be a reception in the North Atrium immediately following the ceremony.
