TCC Brown Bag: College-wide Mentoring (Tomorrow)

Please join us to learn more about the Teaching & Creativity Center (TCC) College-wide mentoring program.The TCC College-wide Mentoring program offers the opportunity for new faculty (full-time and adjunct) to be paired with an experienced full-time faculty member from a different department. These mentorships are designed to be flexible and can be customized to meet the mentee’s specific needs, including guidance on teaching, understanding MCC’s culture, or navigating departmental issues. An outside perspective can be very helpful in many situations throughout the academic year and mentees can tailor communications with their mentor to be as often as they feel appropriate.
