Key Pick-Up and Drop-Off Reminder

As the semester begins and you are in need of new keys, please note that key pick-up and drop-off is located in Building 3-173.

When you are notified via email that your key is ready for pick up, please call 585-292-2800 to schedule an appointment to ensure that we have staff available to meet you. 

Available key pick-up times:

• 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Please remember to bring a valid ID when picking up your keys.

Important: Keys must be returned promptly once your assignment is complete.
