Jodell Raymond appointed as Director, Workforce Development Operations & Projects
Jodell Raymond has been appointed as the new Director of Workforce Development Operations & Projects in the Economic & Workforce Development Center. Jodell has been at MCC since 2008 where she began as an adjunct instructor in the Business Administration Department. In 2021, she was hired as a Program Coordinator in the Office of Workforce Development and Corporate College where she had oversight of the Learn 2 Ride motorcycle safety training program.
Throughout her career, Jodell has held senior leadership roles in the nonprofit and business sectors. She is widely recognized for building strong partnerships, increasing revenue, and leading high-impact programs.
Jodell holds a master's degree in Women's Leadership from SUNY Empire State University and a bachelor's degree in Radio-Television from Marietta College, OH. Her academic and professional journey reflects a lifelong dedication to leadership, creativity, and community impact.
