Student Wellness Wednesday is Back for Spring!
Please share with students:Our student-centered Wellness Wednesday is back for the spring semester starting today! Join the Health & Wellness team each week for a midweek pause designed to help you recharge, manage stress, and take care of your overall well-being.
New Location Alert! Wellness Wednesdays will be offered out of our new Wellness Center Space which is in Building 3, Room 165.
What to expect:
- Free Lunch
- Relaxation and stress-reduction activities
- Massage chairs
- Wellness tips and resources
- A welcoming space to pause, reset, and connect
- Therapy dogs
No registration is required—just stop by between classes and take a moment for yourself.
