HGHRP: Weekly Fundraiser for MECA

Monday, November 10th, 11am to 1pm, Brighton Campus Terrace

Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project (HGHRP) will be collecting donations for the Middle East Children’s Alliance foundation, a nonprofit organization working for the rights and the well-being of children in the Middle East.

Esports & Anime Club

Monday, November 10th, 6pm to 8pm, Brighton Campus Forum, Building 3, Room 130

Come comfy and wear your pj’s for this fun movie night with Esports and Anime!

Veterans Day Ceremony

Wednesday, November 12th, 12pm, Brighton Campus MCC Veterans Memorial (located in the courtyard between the Library and Building 7). Note: If weather necessitates, the event will be held in the South Atrium of Building 11

The Magic of Pet Therapy with CAB and Health & Wellness

Thursday, November 13th, 11am to 1:30pm, Brighton Campus Atrium

11am to 12pm: Join one of MCC’s favorite therapy dogs, Taz, for a wellness activity

12pm to 1:30pm: Guest speaker, Larry Grogan and his therapy dog, Angel, will be doing a workshop on how pet therapy improves mental health. Yummy treats will be provided!

SWE X Biology Club: Biology Speaker

Friday, November 14th, 12pm to 1pm, Brighton Campus, Building 7, Room 109

Join SWE x Biology Club to learn about careers in the biology field beyond medical and veterinary school. Emma Dowling is a biologist in the field of donor organ recovery for wound and surgery. Pizza will be provided.

SUNY Student Assembly Leadership Conference: Seven members of the Student Government Association and their Advisor will be traveling to Albany Friday - Sunday to attend this impactful conference.
Phi Theta Kappa Food Drive – A food drive benefiting the DWIGHT Food Pantry will be hosted by PTK as part of the Regional Service Initiative. The collection period will begin on November 10 and continue through December 12.
MCC Art Faculty Exhibition: There will be an Artist Lecture Exhibition in the Mercer Gallery that will be from November 14 - December 13.
