The Week Ahead

The Office of Student Life and Leadership Development presents the following events for next week (please share with your students):

  • Student Government Association Senate Meeting
    • Tuesday, September 16th, 2:15pm to 5pm, Brighton Campus Forum room 3-130 & via Zoom
    • The Student Government Association will be having a public Senate Meeting on Tuesday, September 16th! Feel free to join in person or via Zoom.

  • Constitution Day
    • Tuesday, September 17th, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, Brighton Campus Center Terrace
    • Student Government President Jalisia Burno and her team will be providing remarks on the importance of Voting and helping students to Navigate Turbo vote to register and know the Voting deadlines.

Other News:

Voter Registration Drives: Student Government Association will have tables in the Terrace to get individuals registered to vote and you can ask any questions you may have on registering.

Zen Den: The Office of Student Life and Leadership has officially opened the Zen Den! Stop by 1-110 between 10am-2pm Monday through Friday to relax, use the massage chairs, and engage in calming activities.

Vendor: On Monday 9/15 and Wednesday 9/17, The Muslim Student Association will be sponsoring a local vendor who will be selling different good and items on the Brighton Campus in the Terrace. Make sure to check it out!
