Save the Date! Employee Wellness - Biometric Screening

As part of this year’s Employee Wellness Program, benefit-eligible employees enrolled in an MCC health plan are invited to participate in a voluntary biometric screening.  Employees who register and complete their screening will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win prizes, including a $100 gift card donated by Lawley Benefits Group.

Date: November 13th
Time: 11am to 2pm (10 minute appointment)
Location: The Forum

Registration for your Biometric Screening. 

 The screening is confidential and will check key health indicators such as:

• BMI and waist circumference
• Blood pressure
• Blood glucose
•  Cholesterol and triglycerides

This screening includes a brief one-on-one consultation to help you better understand your health and potential risk factors.

Please Note: This is not a substitute for your annual physical.

• Eligibility: Full-time, benefit-eligible employees with MCC Excellus coverage (please bring your MCC/Excellus insurance card).
• Confidentiality: Results are private—MCC receives only anonymous, group-level data.
