MCC Alumni on display at The Little Theater Gallery

A year in the making, Eight Monroe Community College Fine Art, Commercial Art and Design students were asked by guest curator and Emeritus Professor Kathleen Farrell to participate in an exhibition of MCC alumni at the Little Theatre Gallery  "They have been productively working since that date and the work they have developed is outstanding" says Farrell.

The exhibition Eight of One consists of MCC alumni; Gianna DeCamella, Brian Jimenez, Akirah Johnson, Brett Klafehn, Sal Otero, Zhen Yi Lin, Peter Weeg, and Zazie Weldgen. The work will be on display from Sept 3 through September 29, 2025. Farrell states, "As the curator of this exhibition (Eight of One) I believe it will be an amazing exhibition for these young artists."

I hope you can help spread the word and will be able to attend the art opening reception at the Little Theatre Cafe located at 240 East Avenue downtown Rochester on Sunday, September 14 from 2pm to 4 pm. The work can be viewed throughout the month during regular business hours.
