In Person or on Zoom: Join us Today for the Last Mindfulness Meditation Session of the Semester

As part of the MCC Library's Refresh and Recharge Week, the last mindfulness meditation session of the semester will be held on Zoom and in person in the Library classroom, 2-423, today, Wednesday, May 14th from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm. After a short greeting, meditation will begin at 2:05.  

Regardless of your level of experience, all are welcome to join our group as we support each other in realizing some of the benefits of meditation, such as reducing stress, gaining perspective, practicing mindfulness, and embracing the pause.  

Free and open to all MCC students, faculty, staff, administrators, and retirees.
