Temporary Relocation of the Campus Events Office

Exciting News! We're getting a new floor!!

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, however, the Campus Events Office (permanent location in Bldg. 3 Room 101) is being renovated with new flooring and will be “temporarily” relocated during the installation. Between December 9, 2025, and January 5, 2026, the Campus Events Office will be housed in Bldg. 3, Room 209 (The Empire Room). During this timeframe, for access to the facilities/rooms during standard College hours, you may sign out key(s) for scheduled event location(s) from The Empire Room (Bldg. 3 Room 209). Outside of standard College hours, please contact the Public Safety Office at (585) 292-2912.
