TCC Save the Date: Tell My Story with STARR Workshop (Info meeting-Monday)

The Teaching and Creativity Center (TCC) will host a professional development workshop on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, focused on helping students more effectively articulate their learning, skills, and growth for academic, transfer, and career contexts.

Tell My Story with STARR, facilitated by Dr. Janine Bower, introduces a structured reflection framework that supports students in connecting their coursework, projects, labs, internships, and research experiences to future opportunities—while building confidence in their learning.

The STARR workshop will focus on helping students:

  • Identify skills and learning outcomes embedded in coursework
  • Connect class experiences to future academic and career goals
  • Articulate their learning with greater clarity and confidence, both in writing and conversation
