MCC Event Notice: SUNY Reconnect Math Bridge Program Kickoff

Monroe Community College’s Engineering Technologies Department invites faculty and students to the SUNY Reconnect Math Bridge Program Kickoff Event.

This initiative, supported through SUNY Reconnect 2025–2026 funding, aims to strengthen foundational math readiness for adult learners entering Engineering Technologies programs. The event will introduce faculty and students to the Math Bridge model, which integrates ALEKS360 learning tools to build confidence and proficiency in Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, and Precalculus, key skills for success in ENT courses.

Engineering Technologies faculty are strongly encouraged to participate and engage in this important departmental initiative. If you have adult learners with math deficiencies or students who would benefit from joining the next Math Bridge cohort, please contact either William Hunt (whunt3@monroecc.edu) or Dr. Kay Morgan (kmorgan33@monroecc.edu) for additional information.
