Asian-American and Pacific Islander Journalists Coming to MCC
In honor of Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, AAPI journalists will be on the Brighton Campus to speak with the MCC Community:

Debadrita Sur is an Indian multimedia journalist at The Buffalo News, covering stories to reach communities that are underrepresented and unheard. Sur is a graduate of Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
Adriana Loh is a multimedia journalist at Spectrum News 1 in Rochester. Covering the rise in hate-crimes against Asian communities was one of her most impactful experiences. Loh is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and Syracuse University Newhouse School of Communications.
Mikhaela Singleton is a co-anchor for WROC's News8 at Sunrise. Her passion for journalism comes from a deep desire to elevate people and causes in need. Singleton is a graduate of University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism.
This event is free and open to the MCC Community. Light refreshments will be provided.
