SUNY Tuition Reimbursement Form Now Available

SUNY has once again funded a SUNY Tuition Waiver/Reimbursement for employees attending another SUNY institution. If you are attending another SUNY institution and would like to apply, please fill out the Form B-140 (PDF) and submit it with a detailed tuition statement for the Spring 2026 semester.

The submission deadline for Spring 2026 is May 1, 2026.

This is for use for tuition only. College, student activity, and non-instructional fees are not allowed.

Instructions:  Please ensure the form is signed by your supervisor before sending it to HR. If signatures are missing, it will be returned. After approval and completion, the forms will be sent directly to your institution with a copy emailed to you.

Please submit all forms to HR in building 6, room 301, or email MCC’s Human Resources Office (mcchrbenefits@monroecc.edu).
