What’s Happening at This Event:

Wellness Activities: Slow down and de-stress with hands-on activities and creative outlets that encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and open conversation around mental health.

Therapy Dogs: Spend time with our furry friends for a boost of comfort and connection.

Wellness Resources: Learn about suicide prevention strategies, coping tools, and the many support services available on campus and in the community.

Self-Care Giveaways: Take home items to support relaxation and mental well-being.
