Wellness Wednesday: Suicide Awareness & Prevention

Please join us for our weekly Wellness Wednesday event today! This week is dedicated to Suicide Awareness and Prevention—a chance to learn, reflect, and come together as a community to support one another. 

What’s Happening at This Event:

  • Wellness Activities: Slow down and de-stress with hands-on activities and creative outlets that encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and open conversation around mental health.

  • Therapy Dogs: Spend time with our furry friends for a boost of comfort and connection.

  • Wellness Resources: Learn about suicide prevention strategies, coping tools, and the many support services available on campus and in the community.

  • Self-Care Giveaways: Take home items to support relaxation and mental well-being.

  • Lunch Provided!

These weekly workshops are more than just a break in your day—they’re an opportunity to connect with others, raise awareness, and show support for those who may be struggling. Together, we can build a campus culture of care, compassion, and hope.
