MCC Mindfulness Meditation Sessions Start Today at 12:15pm

This Fall 2025, we will meet on Zoom every Wednesday classes are in session (September 3rd through December 10th) from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm. This group is free and open to all MCC students, faculty, staff, administrators, and retirees.

Come late or leave early as your schedule allows. Keep your camera on or off. We are a very welcoming group that supports each other in realizing some of the benefits of meditation, such as reducing stress, gaining perspective, practicing mindfulness, and embracing the pause.
