Congratulations PTK Student; Stella Cass-Adams-Johnson!
I am pleased to inform our campus community that Phi Theta Kappa student Stella Cass-Adams-Johnson has been named a Phi Theta Kappa Reynolds Scholar for their work “little black girl.” Stella’s story will be published in the 31st edition of Nota Bene, Phi Theta Kappa’s honors anthology, and the student will receive a scholarship.
Big congratulations are in order for Stella to earn this prestigious distinction and honor! Phi Theta Kappa had over 3,200 Nota Bene entries this year, and a national panel of judges selected Stella’s piece. Stella is the FIRST ever MCC student from Phi Theta Kappa to be chosen for the Nota Bene scholarship.
The 31st edition of Nota Bene will be published later this year. Stella, we are so proud of your accomplishment!
