MCC Proud: Meet Melissa Gue

Melissa Gue serves as the secretary for the Student Life & Leadership Development team at Monroe Community College (MCC) and brings 20 years of dedicated service to the College. She has long been interested in office work and takes pride in supporting a team.

Reflecting on her career, Melissa says her most rewarding experiences have been meeting staff and students and knowing she has made a positive impact. When asked what advice she would give current or prospective students, Gue said, “Make sure to get involved in activities and clubs or organizations while at MCC. The benefits and friendships will last a lifetime.”

Gue attended Finger Lakes Community College and Bryant & Stratton. She has been married for 19 years and is the proud parent of four children, ages 9-16, all of whom are all involved in sports.
