2026-2027 Faculty and Professional Staff Reappointment Letter Distribution

On Monday, March 2, 2026, the MCC Board of Trustees approved the reappointment of full-time Annual, Term, and/or Continuing Teaching Faculty, Professional Staff/Non-Teaching Faculty, Technical Assistants, Advisors, and Non-Contract employees.  On the afternoon of March 3, 2026, Human Resources electronically distributed the 2026/2027 reappointment letters as a PDF document emailed to your MCC email account. 

If you have not received your reappointment letter via your MCC email as of Friday, March 13, 2026, or if you have questions about your letter, please contact Human Resources (HR@monroecc.edu).  

Please note: full-time temporary reappointments are approved at a future Board of Trustees meeting. This is in accordance with the College's established schedule for approval of personnel appointments. Once approved, the respective Vice President's office issues the full-time temporary reappointment letter.
