Student Well-Being on Wheels Today

Please share with students:

We invite you to check out our Well-being on Wheels cart today as we roll across campus around lunchtime. This week, we’re focusing on social media and digital well-being. Join us as we explore how our online habits can impact our mental health, focus, and overall well-being. As always, our wagon aims to raise awareness around important health topics, reduce stigma, and connect our MCC community to helpful resources. Our goal is to meet students where they are and make resources inclusive, accessible, and engaging.

Today’s focus will be on:

  • Building awareness around your digital habits and how they influence mood, sleep, and productivity
  • Letting go of “all or nothing” thinking when it comes to unplugging or reducing screen time
  • Exploring ways to create a healthier, more balanced relationship with social media
  • Highlighting the connection between screen time, mental health, and overall well-being
  • Connecting you with on- and off-campus resources to support digital wellness and mindful technology use
