Join us for our Concerns, Complaints, & Grievances Training, on Tuesday, June 30 in High Falls A on the Downtown Campus. This training is designed to prepare faculty and staff to handle student-related concerns with confidence and empathy. 

In this session, we’ll explore: 

• The key differences between complaints and grievances
• When to submit a Behavioral Incident Report (BIR) 
• The role of the CARE team in supporting student well-being 
• How to receive and respond to complaints appropriately 
• Grievance qualifications and the formal resolution process
• Title IX resources
