Student Wellness Wednesday: Sexual Health

Please share with students:

September is Sexual Health Awareness Month, a time to promote healthy choices, open conversations, prevention, and access to reliable sexual health information and resources.

This week’s Wellness Wednesday will focus on Sexual Health Awareness and the importance of taking care of your sexual health as part of your overall well-being. Stop by to learn about safer sex practices, STI prevention and testing, healthy relationships, consent, and resources available both on campus and in the community. Whether you have questions, want to pick up some resources, or simply want to learn more, we’re here to provide information in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

And, of course, all your Wellness Wednesday favorites will be waiting for you!

What to expect:

  • Free food
  • Therapy dogs
  • Sexual health information and resources
  • Safer sex supplies
  • Relaxation and stress-reduction activities
  • Massage chairs
  • Hands-on wellness activities
  • Wellness giveaways
  • Opportunities to connect with other students
  • A welcoming space to take a break and recharge

Whether you have five minutes between classes or want to stay awhile, stop by, grab some food, visit the therapy dogs, pick up some sexual health resources and giveaways, and take a little time for yourself.

No registration is required—just stop in!
