Please share with students:As the end of the semester and holiday season pick up, stress can start to pile on as a college student, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Starting today, The Counseling, Disability & Health Services Department will be offering Mindful Mondays, a weekly drop-in tabling event designed to help students reset, recharge, and find balance.
Stop by for free grab-and-go breakfast, practical tools and tips for stress management, and helpful resources to support your well-being. From time-management strategies to quick mindfulness practices, we’ve got you covered as you finish the semester strong.
