Tomorrow: Free Street Beat Workshop from Local Fringe Artist!

Everyone is invited to attend a free Street Beat Workshop brought to campus by renowned dancer Elton Ward and the ESL Rochester Fringe Festival! Elton is one of the judges for this year's Street Beat Competition at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park this Saturday.

About Elton Ward: 

TRUKrump Collective founder and a leader of the Rochester NY Krump Movement, Elton Ward is an international Krump champion, educator, and artist dedicated to building community and developing dancers in Rochester and beyond. Through TRUKrump Collective, a Rochester-based community camp, Elton creates space for dancers to train, grow, and connect through Krump and other street/vernacular dance styles. With over 15 years of dance experience and international competition wins, Elton continues to represent Rochester while pushing Krump culture forward through teaching, performance, and community.

The event is TOMORROW, September 25 at 11:00AM in the Mainstage Theatre, in the Robin and Tim Wentworth Building 4, room 141.
