MCC Daily Tribune
Title II Tools: Website Now Live & Accessibility Week Review
ADA Title II Website
We are thrilled to announce the launch of MCC’s ADA Title II website. This site includes information on the Title II Rule, fundamentals of accessibility, how-to guides for creating accessible documents and emails, frequently asked questions, and a directory of our Department Accessibility Liaisons. We hope to add additional useful resources to the site in the coming weeks and months, so be sure to check back frequently! In addition to the website, we are launching a new process for reporting accessibility issues. This form is currently linked from the site and will be added to other MCC websites, systems, and apps in the coming weeks.
Special Thanks
As Accessibility Week draws to a close, I want to thank Dr. Gantt, President Burt-Nanna, and the Executive Leadership team for the heartfelt video message that kicked off this important week. I also want to thank this week’s live session presenters: Jeremy Case, Andrea Gilbert, Kate Robinson, Dawn Voglewede, and Rebecca Orvetti. Finally, thank you to Veronica Chiesi Brown for her help in editing and publishing this week’s Tribune articles.
