Passing of Robert L. Frasier, Sr., father of Rob Frasier

It is with sadness that I share the news Mr. Robert L. Frasier, Sr., father of Rob Frasier of Communications & Network Services, passed away on September 28, 2023.  Mr. Frasier, a licensed mechanic, retired from the Rochester Fire Department Apparatus Division in 2010.

Arrangements are being handled in Rochester by Millard E. Latimer & Sons, and are as follows:

Date: Thursday, October 5
Viewing: 10:00 A.M.
Funeral: 12:00 P.M.
Location: Trinity Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 9 Shelter Street, Rochester, NY  14611

Internment will take place on Thursday, October 12, in Walterboro, SC.
