Sgt. Shawn Mottram Completes Course in Police Supervision School

MCC Public Safety Sergeant Shawn Mottram recently completed a 3 week Course in Police Supervision School at the Public Safety Training Facility (PSTF). The course is designed to assist law enforcement officers make the transition to a first-line supervisory position. Through a series of lecture and practical exercises, students will learn to apply acquired skills to a wide range of realistic supervisory problems. The course prepares students to successfully meet the challenges of supervision and to realistically anticipate and plan for any situation.
